Orders are typically dispatched within three to five business days, and delivery times vary depending on the location, usually between five to ten business days. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout, and free shipping may be offered during promotional campaigns. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you, and while we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners. Return & Exchange Policy
At Luxury Candles by Ember & Spark, a unit of Starkraft Infotech Solutions, each candle is hand‑poured with care and inspected for quality before it reaches you. Due to the artisanal nature of our products, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases where the item is delivered in error. In such rare instances, we ask that you notify us within forty‑eight hours of delivery with supporting proof, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. Customised or personalised candles are strictly non‑returnable. Your satisfaction remains our priority, and we are committed to resolving any genuine concerns promptly and fairly.
